Pamela Rutherford
Pam is a native of Central Virginia. She has devoted over three decades to the real estate profession. Starting her career as an assistant contract administrator and later working for real estate attorneys, she gained extensive knowledge on writing contracts before becoming a real estate broker in 1991. Pam enjoys working with clients and customers in the purchase of new and existing homes. She and her husband have constructed hundreds of homes in the Shenandoah Valley and surrounding areas and working with clients on designing, fixtures and color choices has been a pleasure for her. One of her interests is restoring old homes, including the Hamner House in Schuyler. Other interests include: designing and building new homes, art, photography, cooking, growing orchids and the wonderful company of family and friends. She resides with her husband, Troy, on a farm in Augusta County. Their two daughters, both of whom live in other states, are also involved in the real estate profession. Michael Beebe
Michael has a great work ethic and is passionate about being the best at what he does. Starting in 2009, while going to school for engineering, Michael began his real estate career by working in property management. Kimberly Dukes
Kimberly Dukes is a Realtor servicing Augusta County and surrounding areas. She grew up in Central Florida and started her sales habit right out of college. Shortly after becoming store sales manager of a Nationwide Wholesale Distribution Company in 1995, she met her husband and had 2 beautiful children. Kim spent most of her career in sales and education. In 2014, Kim and her family moved to the Shenandoah Valley where she began working in leasing for a Professional Management Company, while pursuing her career in real estate. She is a proud member of the Greater Augusta Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
